Common questions

Is my data private?

Yes. All of your entries, students, and profile information stay stored locally on your device in a private app folder. appointed.time doesn't have a server, doesn't create accounts, and doesn't send your data anywhere.

What happens if I lose my phone or switch devices?

Use the Backup feature under Profile to export your data as a file before switching devices. You can then use Restore on your new device to bring everything back. Because data lives only on-device, there's no cloud copy unless you create one yourself with a backup file.

Is appointed.time free?

Yes, the app is free to use with no subscription or in-app purchase required.

How does the monthly carryover work?

For Regular Pioneer and Special Pioneer roles, any partial hour left at the end of a month (for example, 30 minutes past a whole hour) is automatically carried forward and added to the first day of the next month, so your running total stays accurate.

Does the app track my location or send analytics?

No. appointed.time doesn't use location services, analytics, or advertising SDKs of any kind.
